I arrived at the shop at 6:06 pm for a State Inspection. As soon as I stepped out of my car, I noticed that the (employee, owner) had turned off the machine. He approached me and informed me that the shop closes at 6:00 pm. I politely declined and walked towards the front office. The same person returned, and when I inquired about the door and online information, which both stated that the shop closes at 6:30 pm, he confirmed that the machine was indeed off. He assured me that he could turn it on, but it would take 15 minutes to do so. I told him to not worry that I would go somewhere else. I understand that it’s Monday, and everyone wants to go home early, but I arrived 24 minutes before closing time, and the State Inspection itself takes approximately 5 to 8 minutes. He could’ve help me and be done with my car by 6:20 pm.

I’ve been coming here for some years now, They’ve always been so polite and made sure I was always satisfied, but today was a really good day. I came in to get an oil change on 2011 For Fusion and was greeted by a young man named Mo. Not only did He greet me with a smile he also blessed me. I just wanted to leave this awesome review and say thank you. I left with a great big smile on my face and very satisfied. See you guys again In three months.

Please save you time and money. I took my vehicle to this business for my state inspection and they refused to pass my “great condition, new car” (their words) vehicle because of a wiper. Three days prior my vehicle was inspected by the dealer and the wipers were in great condition. I was forced to purchase a new blade from them if I wanted my vehicle to pass. I suggested to take it to the dealer to have to blade replaced. They started to nitpick my entire vehicle calling out details irrelevant to the state inspection. If I did not purchase the blade from them, they were going to fail it for another reason. My wiper was removed from my vehicle without my permission, there was no need to remove my wiper. The wiper was perfectly fine, but they were very adamant about forcing me to purchase the wiper from them. I was not given a receipt for the wiper, instead they wrote it on my inspection report.

Poor customer service. Brought my own oil filter and oil. They mistakenly put their own and try to charge me $65. Let me save you from this place.

They have been in business for at least 15 years. My last visit prior to today was about that long ago. They are still very friendly and upfront with pricing and wait time. They are next to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Good job team Fast Tune and Lube in Grand prairie TX. I will visit again and update!!
